The South Forsyth High School Marching Band was awarded first place honors at the Blue Ridge Mountain Festival competition at Fannin County High School this weekend. The Marching Band took first place in all AA categories including drum major, color guard, percussion and overall band. They were also declared the overall champion of the competition's Silver Division.

It was truly a wonderful weekend to be in the Georgia mountains to watch our band members perform their musical magic to perfection.
